Between Asian design elements and modern chic with Austrian flair – the Buddha Bar in Graz has established itself as the special place for excellent cocktails. Under the eyes of a grand Buddha you can drink your “Singapore Sling” or one of 150 other mixed drinks. The list contains over 1000 liquors.
Right in the heart of downtown Graz, it was a special pleasure for ORION to participate in the lighting equipment of this prestigious local cocktail bar and lounge. Through the contact with the ORION branch in Graz the owner – after intensive consulting- decided on the absolute classic crystal light: “Design by ORION: MARIA THERESIA”. The cool and trendy bar is fitted with several models from the “MARIA THERESIA” series with a diameter of 140cm. These special orders were made to measure according to the requirements of the owner. The indirect lighting with LED RGB-technology adds a particular light play.
The Buddha Bar project shows that design classics like “MARIA THERESIA” can be the perfect fit for a modern ambiance. The durability of ORION lights contributes to exemplary sustainability.
